We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused team member to support our off-site events. This role is responsible for executing events from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional experience that reflects our brand.
This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in events, catering, retail, or food service who is comfortable working independently, staying organized under pressure, and making decisions in real time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for events by gathering, organizing, and transporting all necessary products, supplies, and equipment from the bakery
  • Set up, maintain, and break down event displays while upholding brand presentation standards and keeping the space clean and organized throughout the event
  • Represent the brand by providing friendly, professional customer service, assisting guests with product selection, and accurately handling sales transactions
  • Monitor product levels during events and restock as needed to maintain presentation
  • Make minor decisions independently to ensure the event runs smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in events, catering, retail, or customer-facing roles strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and community partners
  • Creative problem solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or early mornings for events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and  be on your feet for extended periods
Schedule & Growth Opportunities:
Event hours will vary depending on the season, with busier periods during holidays and community events. During slower times, team members will have the opportunity to be cross-trained as a Guest Service Representative (GSR) in the bakery to help maintain consistent hours and expand their skill set.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
